Monetocracy 

1.) A form of government in which the political and sociological driving force is material wealth. It is easily characterized by the way with which monetary donations are able to lubricate political ascension. Prevalent during the lifetime of Martin Luther.
2.) An adjective describing an already established form of government.
3.) An absolutely fabricated term coming from the depraved mind of Professor John Ott.

Monetocracy 

A political system in which the principle means of participation is monetary.

Political systems are defined by the means by which one can participate in them. Thus a system where the most important element of political participation is money, the system is a Monetocracy.

An elected system of representation in which the populace is governed by civil servants who are responsible solely to safeguard state institutions and representatives who safeguard the integrity of the vote itself.

A duality of totalitarian democracy and democratic confederalism.
Metocracy treats the will of the people and the desire of the people as distinct entities: dualistic and therefore contrapositional.

Monecracy  

(pronounced mo-neh-kra-see) A government whose decisions are based entirely on monetary gain and increase of power instead of the welfare of its citizens or relations with other countries on the world stage.
The legacy of George W. Bush will be remembered more for being a Monecracy then a Democracy.

Mortocracy 

A government in which dead people run your government I.e. Halloween Town, Retro Town, North Korea, etc
Kim Il-sung is the Eternal President of North Korea, and Kim Jung-Il is the Eternal Supreme Leader of North Korea thus making it a Mortocracy.

Moneycracy 

This is the era of the moneycracy, where everybody is looking to get money leaving knowledge, culture, kindness, etc. on the side, nothing is more important than money.
Nobody cares about democracy anymore, this is the moneycracy era.

Mooktocracy 

And autocratic form of government based on the ideology of Mookery.

Most often found in situations where large, powerful nations find themselves being governed by someone who has never held office before.
In a mooktocracy The head mook might say,"Hey, how many times do I have to tell you mooks that I wanted a wall built! Stop sitting on those shovels and get to work!"
