The combination of being drunk and attempting to speak English. Usually best personified by the drunkest person at a party trying to play a board game.

He only spoke drunklish after a dozen beers and sounded like his mouth was full of marbles.

A sandwich packed with anything and everything that you absolutely need because you are drunk. After you get it, you usually pass out after a couple bites and throw it away the next afternoon when you wake up.
