A form of narcissism whereas the person not only has an inflated sense of self-importance, but also have lost all connection to reality and facts. A batshit narcissist will conflate their negative or losing position with victory and supreme dominance, while simultaneously blaming anyone with facts or truth of deception and lies. Females, effeminate males, and the LGBT community are incapable of ever being narcissistic, so not any of those groups. They just want to get rich, nothing narcissistic about that.
Oh, when these groups of people look in the mirror, they're seeing other peoples weaknesses. Nothing narcissistic about that, normal people do that.
