1. Someone who wants to bring attention to themselves (usually online) through threatening others of doing self-harm, saying that they are in a poor condition when they aren't, or trying to turn a bad situation onto themselves.

2. Someone who wants to be the center of attention of a large group of people by doing anything they can.

Kim keeps talking about depression, but she's been pretty happy and cheerful when stalking her. She's such a narcissist.
