An insanely good bar drinks special that is so economically friendly that it can be paid for with the otherwise useless loose change and stray one dollar bills found in your pockets from the night or weekend before. These are usually only an hour long and result in a blackout status when taken advantage of correctly.

A small public pedestrian rest area usually associated with the Winsor Terrace section of Brooklyn, NY. Primarily found along the Prospect Expwy. A place where lawmen go to spew weasel talk, and collar young clueless hipsters for drug related offenses.
