Ponkelette

When an omelette is made very poorly by someone, and the yolk gets stuck to the pan and turns out brown (like a pancake.) The word is a combination of "Omelette" and "Pancake". Thus, Ponkelette.

"You're an awful cook. look! You made a Ponkelette!"
