Distractinator 

Combination of the word 'distracting' and 'procrastinator' - Someone who's pulling you down from whatever task is at hand by distracting you with their non-work-related antics.
Coworker: (doing work) Cut it out Janice, you're such a distractinator!

Janice: (throws paper airplane at coworker) Heads up, man- again! Hahaha!

Distractatron 

A distractatron is a person (usually female) who is incredibly distracting through excessive attractiveness and/or a high sex drive. Being around one means you are unlikely to get anything else done.

This is not always a bad thing.
"Man, that girl is so dimply, she is a total distractatron, I can't concentrate on my work"

distracting from the real issue

When you're getting called out on your bullshit and you need to quickly derail the conversation, accuse your accusers of distracting from the real issue.
"Hey could you stop talking over women?"
"I can't believe you're distracting from the real issue, class. You make me sick."

Distractathot 

Dis-Tract-a-Thot (noun) - a promiscuous male/female who is used for the sole purpose of wanting to forget ones own personal issues. (Mentally/emotionally/personal work)
Sucker: “damn bro my girl just left me for another person. Where the distractathots at so i can turn up?”
RN: “Don’t even trip i got a gang of um rn”

an adjective for something that is so dull and mind-numbing, one cannot actually focus on it for too long

Distractits 

When you choose to ignore a woman's negative qualities because you are distracted by her attractive physical qualities, usually large breasts.
Chris: Why is Bill still dating Sara, she's a crazy ass bitch that will devour him.
David: Bill is too sprung and is distractits.
