Wikignosis 

A wikignosis is a diagnosis of a medical condition made with the assistance of Wikipedia.

e.g.

"People have always commented on the corpse-like temperature of my hands. I was finally able to make a wikignosis after I read this (see results of Wikipediasearch). Screw you, Medicare!"

1. One who is skeptical about anything they hear until they look it up on Wikipedia.

2. The philosophy that all things are equal and equally correct until verified with Wikipedia.

3. Predisposition toward esoteric subjects, debates, which are finally settled only via Wikipedia, the final authority to all subjects, see wikipedia that shit

Yet again, the wikiagnostics are betting money on it.
