A wikignosis is a diagnosis of a medical condition made with the assistance of Wikipedia.

e.g.

"People have always commented on the corpse-like temperature of my hands. I was finally able to make a wikignosis after I read this (see results of Wikipediasearch). Screw you, Medicare!"

2. The philosophy that all things are equal and equally correct until verified with Wikipedia.

3. Predisposition toward esoteric subjects, debates, which are finally settled only via Wikipedia, the final authority to all subjects, see wikipedia that shit

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
