Team Punishment is a moderator on the bodybuilding.com forums who is suspected to being a closet queer. While he has not officially come out of the closet many members suspect he is batting for the other team due to his phaggyness displayed on the forums. Rumour is that TP and other mods - pUniCepts, memcop and Trinity1216 engaged in a orgy cause TheLBM's 2 inch penor could not satisfy trinity. Counterpart to "yer da sells avon". Often used in verbal attacks, can also be used in retaliation to previous insult.

Yer = your
Maw = mother
Punt = sell/offload
Coonsil = council; cheap, very low quality drugs (usually cocaine) typically prepared in someone's kitchen/basement

Performance Punishment 

Due to a high level of motivation and repeat successes you are selected by your superiors to do more work than your peers because you do your job and good at it. This frequently entails extra hours, multitasking, et cetera. The punishment is that you get to watch the underperformer, who is not doing their job, get rewarded via time off, free time, leave work on time and so on. This is common in the military, other government jobs, or large corporations where, due to bureaucracy, it is difficult to get rid of a bad employee.

Sean isn't a workaholic or a brown nose. Since his coworker Steve does nothing all day long, Sean's performance punishment is that he always has to stay late and take on extra projects to make up for Steve.

Punster

Verb, used to describe an individual that can't help by make bad jokes (usually a PUN).
Usually these PUNs are meant to be dumb, and quite often deliberately lame. A Punster favors bad play on word jokes but is not limited to play on word jokes. Lame humor (see anti joke and dad joke) would also fit the character of a Punster.
