Definitions by the dude

Indie 

A gloriously vague term for Independant Music. Basically unsigned or more obscure bands (It's odd that Radiohead and REM are considered indie...). While the indie scene is known for it's jackass elitism, this doesn't spill over and hurt what's most important....the music. One of the few generas left that can at least carry a fucking tune without screaming like a retard or crying.

(Examples of Indie music)

80's- Joy Division, Sonic Youth, The Smiths

90's- Pavement, Radiohead, The Pixies, Happy Mondays (Are they considered dance music or indie rock?).

Now- The Shins, Bright Eyes, Death Cab For Cutie/The Postal Service, Rilo Kelly, Modest Mouse.

Indie Kid- "Do you guys carry Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain by Pavement or Closer by Joy Division?

Confused FYE Employee- "Uhh, no. We do have a wall of My Chemical Romance albums on the wall behind you".

Indie Kid- "Fuck"

Grover Chick 

A girl that will do anything anytime anywhere with anyone no matter what kind of relationship she is in and if that person is involved in it with her or not. Comes from the fine ho's of Table Grove, Illinois.

Fape is a combination of two words, fuck and rape. It means an extreme or severe form of rape.

I just got faped on that test.

fapie 

Fapie is a derivative of the word fape. It has two meanings: 1. the state of being faped; 2. pronoun used as the second word in a two-noun phrase.

1. That dude was getting his fapie on.
2. Consider "Overlook Cafe," which becomes "OverlookFapie" under this pronoun convention

Highlight reel 

phenomenon that occurs when masterbating without visual aids(i.e. porn, dirty photos, etc.) but to the thought of familiar girls. a mental run-through of various girls until deciding on a "closer" to get-er-done.
