An extremely rare hybrid low-pressure system that occurs in the mid-latitude Mediterranean Sea. Medicanes are similar in virtue to a tropical cyclone but have the characteristics of a mid-latitude storm. Medicanes possess a warmer core than most Mediterranean low-pressure systems. Typically the cooler waters of the Mediterranean don't have warm enough water to generate the energy necessary to fuel tropical waves and related thunderstorms that spawn a tropical cyclone. Medicanes have the potential for tropical-storm-force winds, heavy rainfall, and coastal flooding .
Rare storms like a Medicane may become more common if climate change makes the Mediterranean Sea warmer.

In a kayak you sit flat with the legs straight out, and you typically use a kayak paddle with a blade on each end of the paddle, however a canoe paddle or hand fins or hands can be used. In solo kayaks you sit in the center of the kayak, and in tandem kayaks you sit either close together or more towards the end. There are lots of different types of kayaks to go kayaking in. These include but are not limited to white water play boats, river kayaks, sit on top kayaks, sea kayaks, expedition kayaks, and tandem kayaks.
I think some people prefer kayaking alone to canoeing with another person because they don't have to do all the work, when they are stuck with a jerk who refuses to paddle. In some cases they like the freedom of kayaking alone because it allows them to get very very far away from the person they are paddling with.

Trump Summer Camp is nothing like kennels or zoo cages you would bring your pet to for boarding, as the children are all the children of different ethnicities and ages are bundled together in one big cage. Their enthusiasm was contagious, as was always a deafening scream for joy.

Get the SIMBYmug. A method of keeping tract of the contacts a person with an infectious disease has, to prevent the spread of the disease. Tracing can be used to find the original source of the disease by looking at one's contacts before they were infected, and after they were infected to see who they may have spread the disease to. Once individuals who had contacts with the disease have been identified they are tested for the disease, to stop them from disease spreading behavior till their condition has been identified. If individuals are found to be infected with the disease they continue to stop any disease spreading behavior, (e.g. isolation) and are treated, so they don't spread the disease to others.
People in charge of public health and the spreading of VD, have being using contact tracing long before those fighting the lasted pandemic used it.
