Elite is a good word for it.

Whapo

A short word used in the same context as the word "W00t"
Can be suffixed with a " 'D " to add a relatively urban effect.
The word originated in Moncton when a man we'll call "Mr. J" misspelled another word in a conversation. Whapo stuck as the new hip slang word used by teens all over the world.

"We're Going to the mall, Whapo!"
-or-
(Person one insults person two): "Your stupid" (Onlookers say): "Whapo'D!" (second person runs home crying)


As you can see, Whapo is an extremely versatile word. Use it wisely.
