Used to describe parties. Outta control, off-the-hook, hot, tight, etc. Especially parties so ridiculous that cops are basically gauranteed to show up (and call for backup!)
If youre doin it right, havin a 516-style party means you might be usin your one phone call later on. But it'll be worth it.
History:
To the layman, the unitiated, 516 refers to the Long Island area code. Insiders know it is actually in reference to 516 University Ave, for obvious reasons.

Noun to describe a series of vacation days in the old country. The banks are on holiday... so why should the rest of the lazy slobs go to work? Is it any wonder that the empire was lost (or perhaps it was just forgotten during one of those holiday fortnites).
1. The offices will be closed for the Bank holiday (and we will probably go out of business but who cares).
2. On the bank holidays, we go to Blackpool for a grand old time on the sands.
3. "It is hard to tell if the poor efficiency is due to incompetence or the volume of bank holidays".

A method of scoring common in Rugby Union, a sport where free-flowing play is as rare as hens teeth.
Commonly found in the 70-80th minute region of a game where 40 minutes has been wasted in useless stoppages and the rest of the game consisted of fat men lying all over the ball in a boring spectacle known as ruck and maul.
Also seen when unfathomable penalties have given the other side a slight edge. Once behind on the scoreboard a rugby union team will relentlessly kick for goal rather than engaging in any sort of interesting play.

secret menu
"Animal Style" - bun is grilled with mustard, sauteed onions instead of raw, pickles, extra "special sauce" - this can also be applied to fries
"Wish Burger" - no meat, i.e. veggie burger
"Protein Style" - lettuce wrapped around the burger instead of a bun
"Flying Dutchman" - two meat patties with two slices of cheese. that's it.
"Double Meat" = like a Double Double without cheese.
"3 by Meat" = three meat patties and no cheese.
"4x4" - 4 meat patties with 4 slices of cheese. Are you SURE you can eat that?
"2x4" - 2 meat patties with 4 slices of cheese for the fromage afficionado
"Grilled Cheese" - cheeseburger, sans meat
"Fries - well done/light" - get your fries extra crispy and brown the way you like them or mushy!
"Neopolitan Shake" - a blend of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry shakes
*Note: You can get a burger with as many meat paties or cheese slices as you want. Just tell the In-N-Out Burger cashier how many meat paties and how much cheese you want and that is what you'll get! For instance, if you want 10 pieces of meat and 20 pieces of cheese tell them you want a "10-by-20. They'll make it"
