Weiner's Circle

Hot dog joint in Chicago known for the mutual double homicide combat between patrons and employees. I had gone there in 2012 and held my own with with the barbs as Poochie didn't cuss that day -- the CBS show The Great Indoors had a character brought in there unknowingly aware of the mutual woof ticket profanity thrown at each other as Poochie herself appeared on the episode (that would got past the censors if they had the real Poochie.)

If you're from Utah you might have your virgin ears reamed. What ever you do, for the love of God don't fucking ask for a Chocolate Shake and don't put ketchup on a hot dog in eye shot. If you don't believe me about the attitude; look up their twitter as they have the staff giving the bird.
Rockaway, New Jersey tourist in Chicago, "Where is somewhere around here to eat?"
Local -- if you can handle the mutual double homicide combat there's a hot dog joint called Weiner's Circle
Rockaway Tourist, "Okay I will check it out."
Walking in and orders a hot dog, then someone in the line orders a chocolate shake.

The tourist wishing she had some brain bleach as she heard them insult her with reference to a Nuclear Power Plant reference.

Slum-Dutchess

The female version of slumlord -- the see the reference up male and female Lordship in the UK and Landlord who makes a profit off not fixing the apartment. Usually a Karen who is xenophobic and wouldn't understand who lives paycheck-to-paycheck. Often MO of them is a bit of a golddigger too.
That Slum-Dutchess got educated from a Diploma Mill and tapped a vanity press to make herself seem legit but when noticed she had been raised in a Sundown Town and chased out of Joliet.

Colorful Language

A polite way of saying someone drops all the fuck relatives and then some. Pastor's wife that happened to be a classsmate during the era of the original events of The Cabbie Homicide as The Chicago Tribune reported, responded to the colorful language laced retort like a vampire to holy water.
A christian blogger, "Thank you for your comment, unfortunately I need to edit one line because of the colorful language you used in the statement."
Me, "Shit do you realize that your own Old Testament has the line "Drink your own piss and eat your own dung?"
The Blogger: *Blush*
Me: "time to stop using the fucking pseudo-profanity and it's okay to say 'piss drinking bastard'"

The Statue

A 6000 word plus short story from 2004 where it was PG rated that invoked debate in The Twilight Zone and horror based fanfiction circles whether it was original or fanfiction, as FanHistory noted it was original with characters named Serling and set in Glendale Heights in 1987. It was noted from being done from a photograph taken in 2003 when returning from Nocturna as it was sneaked on Fanfiction.net as someone fuming over a detailed pick apart the author did, the critic had the three original pieces on the site taken down. Then it was brought over to AuthorsDen and FictionPress where they remain to this day. It was noted for being tested out on Rod Serling's widow in 2004.
If you're talking about that 2004 short story where the writer of The Cabbie Homicide introduced his hometown as a Gothic Horror setting, it was strongly inspired by The Twilight Zone where he didn't swear and had characters named based on his classmates from the era. He did a narration ala Rod Serling on his then blog as a joke and next thing he had a hook, then The Statue was born. It was noted by one of his future anthology mates and contributors of the magazine for having a scare akin to H. P. Lovecraft long after they read the story. Laura Hale of FanHistory Wiki chronicled the extremely funny debates the story invoked when it was first introduced. The ex-fiancee and critics try to call this a fanfiction work when Laura noted everything in the story was his outright.

Anderson Cooper

See Globalist Shill and pseudojournalistic donut-puncher. Reality TV host with no journalistic training who like the writer of The Cabbie Homicide had got in the field and developed a form of journalism but the writer of Cabbie is the Conservative example. He had some college but learned from his roster where three wrote for newspapers and another later The Huffington Post before running for office in Maine as he established his current incarnation of wordpress and got on tumblr he gives in depth insight about publications he's done and takes the readers further into the published work by finding the articles from the era.
Anderson Cooper had been a hatedom to those in underground subcultures since picking on Dave Mustaine and William Patrick Corgan. When Corgan let Cooper have it with globalist shill the media had a field day with Anderson Cooper.

24

Short for open 24 hours. Commonly used in Chicago. Usually used to describe diners that are open all hours.
There's a diner open 24 here, just don't know where it is.

mindset

A high profile member of Fandom_Wank that bit off more than she can chew when she engaged the writer of The Cabbie Homicide where he decided to really lay into her in his five year memoir. The other one from Fandom_Wank was stealing his published material for the Fandom Wank wiki. They though Anne Rice was fierce, the man behind The Fandom Writer equates Fandom_Wank as 'slash writing fags' and had called them pseudo-journalists as he found Mindset's workplace and her real name.
fandom_wank Mindset made her livejournal friends only because of the affair in 2006 where she took aim at the much harder hitting author as he made waves on The House of Pain as she reported on Anne Rice lashing back at shit-reviewers. The piece that took a harsh swipe at slash fanfiction writers. "You're a thief with a word processor." When she was located on Facebook.com in 2007 and confronted; that was the fuel the author needed to fire back in print.
