One and a half eyes is two eyes that are close enough together that you can't tell if the person has one eye or two full eyes.
That guy did outsmoke you every time you got high with him, but he ended up permanently cross eyed, with about an eye and a half.

Get the Temporary problemmug. The intervention clown didn't want to allow males to be males because for her that meant more rejection and not as much to gain. She wanted people to stop doubting her, start respecting her, and start taking her seriously, even though they had always noticed that she was a clown who looked and sounded serious.
