Cats and dogs

Cats and dogs dont vote, work or hold offices, though one day people could advocate for them if they thought that was what cats and dogs really wanted to do. Cats and dogs dont take as many vacations as humans either, you'd almost think they dont have good lives. If you're the kind of person who thinks they should be freed from captivity, why would you own a cat or dog yourself? Animal control and groups that send animals somewhere like a kennel for adoption are not providing freedom for these animals, it's really the opposite.

Cats and dogs don't vote, work, or hold office. The point being that female cat or dog owners are no more the solution to humanity than are male pet owners. If they're human, they're the problem like everyone else.

Politically active

Someone who's involved in politics through financial or through an office. Someone who doesn't even vote isn't politically active.

Apathetic is the opposite of politically active, so calling somebody who doesn't vote politically active and apathetic is like calling a house cheap and expensive.

Made whole

If somebody that was part of a community dies, the community doesn't get made whole again, and actions don't get undone. It's now what was the whole community minus one.

What the police don't tell people is if they take a life, it doesn't get replaced. To be made whole, the guy would have to come back from the dead, and that is something you don't see.

Charlotte hornets

They didn't make the playoffs, they got humiliated by the more experienced team, but they also didn't quit or give up, they kept going without many of their players for a lot of the season.

The Charlotte Hornets don't need credit, they know they ket fighting to the end, even if they lost.

Arson

An act of arson doesn't bring people together. People had somewhere to go and be together, then the act of arson took that from them, and they have nowhere like that after that.

Arson and wildfire never brought anybody closer together or warmed any hearts.

In baseball, when the pitcher hits the batter in the nuts with a curveball, it's always called a ballstrike.
