bwrongchitis
Refers to the assorted loud hacking and wheezing that you engage in when someone suggests/performs an act that you disapprove of.
Having an acute attack of bwrongchitis can indeed be a bit painful and exhausting, but it is often much more palatable and/or socially-acceptable than verbally chewing out the misbehaver, plus it more-humorously/harmlessly expresses your strong displeasure with his choice of actions.

scream therapy
A controversial health-improvement regimen of unproven worth/efficacy that entails either:
1. Yelling at everyone around you to help decrease your own level of stress (naturally, this practice drastically **increases** these other hapless mortals' OWN stress-levels, but this is for medical purposes, so those folks' feelings and emotions don't matter during this period, right? Right???)
2. Watching one or more Kevin Williamson flicks to remind yourself of how bad things *could* be, letting you feel better that you aren't involved in "extreme" situations like that.

bronchial b.s.
Any of the loud offensive throat-sounds made by the respiratory and/or digestive system, such as belches, retches, wheezes, etc.
John went through a long litany of rough/distressed sounds from his throat and lungs, but I think it was just a lot of bronchial b.s. designed to change the subject so that he wouldn't hafta answer embarrassing/difficult questions.

spielunking
Refers to an "in-depth" and through "exploration" of the transcript from a lengthy/boring/complicated speech. lecture, etc.
In an old late-'80's political-satire cartoon , John Tower is shown being sentenced for his alleged political improprieties; the "stiff penalty" that the judge imposes on Mr. Tower is spielunking the entire many-hundreds-of-pages-long Iran-Contra-affair investigation-report --- "May you die of boredom, Mr. Tower!"

exscream circumstances
Can refer to either:
(1) Conditions so frustrating/stressful/frightening that you cannot help shrieking in terror or exasperation, or
(2) A situation where you are obliged (or feel free!) to holler at your former lover/spouse.

Against my better judgement, I took a middle-aged alcoholic dude to see his former girlfriend about the possibility of his moving back in with her. She was visibly annoyed at the encounter and even seemed somewhat put out with **me** for even having brought that deadbeat to her house in the first place, so I treaded super-lightly, gently explaining to her that the guy had merely asked me for a ride there ("I know nothing about this matter, Ma'am; I'm just the driver."); I could clearly see that these were definitely exscream circumstances.
