A mating call said by gay men to Navy personnel and other sea-faring individuals.

I wouldn't say he's gay, but I could hear him mutter "hello sailor" a couple times last summer in Corpus Christi.

Tex-Mex

1) The characteristically spicy style of Mexican food of Texas, influenced by non-Mexican cuisine (i.e. Texas barbecue).

2) The style of norteño (northern Mexican) music associated with South Texas; also known as Tejano. Instruments used include the accordion and the bajo sexto (a twelve-string bass-rhythm guitar).

We're going out for some Tex-Mex food tonight in San Antonio, so bring your Pepto-Bismol.

celtic cross

1) A cross (as in Christianity) with a circle superimposed; a common symbol of Ireland, Scotland and Wales. 2) A black + cross within a circle found at the center of a type of neo-Nazi flag (the cross is enclosed in a white circle and the rest of the flag is red). 3) A tarot card layout.

A large Celtic cross can be found outside the old Presbyterian church.
