Pretty much what the other definition said about this.
Nootropics do do stuff, they aren't just scam supplements, but depending on your brain, and the kinds you use, it may seem like that. Nootropics are non-addictive and is used correctly, lack negative side effects. Some have weak 'tolerance' or have addictive effects (nothing compared to real drugs) that some in the community argue don't deserve the label of a Nootropic. The whole point is to influence your mood and cognition in order for you, the human brain, to perform better, be it at work, in social situations, thinking, I mean, it's literally affecting your thoughts and how you think, it's so cool!!!!
Getting into this stuff requires a somewhat obsessive interest with a minimal amount of money. Being conscience about how you feel and think, and making sure you somewhat control to test the substance you are taking to see if it does anything, is important.
Nootropics range from naturally existing (in body) amino acids to lab made drugs. There is truly a wide range of things, you have to be obsessive/smart to really get into this. Subreddits such as r/Nootropics r/Nootopics and discords are your best friends besides the usual sources. Have fun.

New-Nootropicist: Dude, you gotta try this stuff, they're like mood drugs and brain vitamins but they work and they're not bad!!
Normal Person: Wow drugs, probably a fucking scam lmao
Drug Addict: Yeah that doesn't do shit.
Nootropicsist: But they really do work and they're non-addictive, and druggie, they could buffer all that cognitive damage and even potentiate mari-

Contrary to popular definition, Ormond Beach is a local safe haven from the surrounding cities. That is, Holly Hill being a underdeveloped dump, Daytona being a hole beach skanks/scum fill in, and whatever the fuck is up north in Flagler.
'OB' features uncrowded, towny development, many wealthy, and especially upper-middle-class homes and families, and literally just is better if you've been around the area in some time.

The older the definition, the more exposure and (hopefully) likes and positive like ratio it gets.
Getting your definition to hopefully show up on obscure searches and enlighten them with a good, well explained, apt, concise definition.
Due to urban dictionary being less popular (maybe?), older definitions have an advantage, however a new definition with a strong like ratio may beat a years old one if people like it.

I can't believe these stupid definitions that hate on my favorite _____ (team, car, place, school, thing, interest, noun, proper noun, etc). It's all because of definition aging.

Also Three Month Rule, or relationship, or milestone, or point (you get it).
Describes the time past in a relationship (3 months) in which couples consider if they want such to be long-term, which is to either make their love more serious and official, or decide to reevaluate it all together and even end it. Generally, the first three months of an relationship are the most exiting, and define the first stage of one. 3 months gives each person the time to 'get to know each other' and to measure the other's character and its consistence past the illusions of expectations and ideals.
3 months is purely arbitrary, but is a 'thing' to allow lovers to have a milestone in which they reflect on how things are going, and can be used as an excuse by one to set things further into motion or to end it all together.
In short, love and relationships has no obvious rules, but that makes it difficult, so coming up with some general truths in the midst of it all helps .
