1. Short for “Involuntarily Celibate”. Literally meaning a person who is celibate but not by choice, or in simpler terms, someone who is least fit for sexual reproduction and is unable to find a sexual partner.

2. It can also be used to describe someone who, due to their lack of romantic experience, believes that having a romantic partner will instantly make their life better and/or more enjoyable.

-Both terms are usually used as an insult on online culture.

Communist 

1. A political movement that distributed wealth amongst all citizens, preventing social hierarchy.
Most famously seen in the USSR, and modern China. The concept was invented by Karl Marx, and was described in his book "The Communist Manifesto".
2. A buzzword used in the 1960s by Americans, used to describe something you didn't like. Due to a collision of freedom of thought, and the tensions with the USSR in the east

A military term, used by fighter pilots, referring to an enemy aircraft that is an immediate threat.

Military abbreviation for, standing for "Combat Engineering Vehicle". This is any vehicle dedicated to construction, demolishing, and engineering roles. This could be making trenches, building an FOB base, or demolishing an enemy building.

A term used typically by commercial pilots, standing for "Notice to Airmen".
On the flight plan sheet given to the pilots by the airline, there will be a line saying "NOTAM".
Pilot: "NOTAM?"
First officer: "Yes, taxiway romeo and golf are closed"
