A group of people in Western Europe who are experts at turning marshlands and estuaries into fertile farmland and residential areas.
The Netherlands is an excellent example of Dutch ingenuity and genius, because most of the country is built on land reclaimed from the violent, storm-ridden North Sea.

The first 3d polygon fighting game made by SEGA in 1992. It was followed by Virtua Fighter 2 (1994), Virtua Fighter 3(1997), and Virtua Fighter 4 (2001). Still the most innovative and realistic 3D fighting game series in existence, since it attempts to mimic real moves and physics as closely as possible. Since Virtua Fighter's creation, there have been a slew of half-assed ripoffs such as NAMCO's Tekken series, and Team Ninja's Dead or Alive series.
Virtua Fighter 2 is still the best and most original 3D fighter of all time. Virtua Fighter 4 doesn't count, since it's based off of Virtua Fighter 2

A freeware game-creation program that can allow you to create complete fighting games from scratch. There are MS-DOS and Linux versions available on the Internet.
There are few original M.U.G.E.N games, characters, and stages on the Net because most people are so lazy that they just rip sprites and graphics from commercial videogames, and make characters and stages out of those.

Once envisioned to be the replacement for books and a useful educational tool. Now it is simply a useful method for the government to send subliminal messages and propganda to the masses, and for businesspeople to brainwash said masses into buting their low-quality products.
And it is quite surprising and scary that there are millions of people out there who ACTUALLY buy the products aired on late-night television commercials.

Animated works of art from Japan. Most often characterized by characters with big eyes, excessive but really cool facial expressions, females with big bouncy breasts(;^D), multi-colored hair, heavy use of ninjas, swords, and robots(mecha), and Japanese culture oozing from every frame of film. Includes basically any category of TV or movie show you can think of. For instance, there are anime kid's shows, anime soap operas, anime movies (which kick Disney's gay ass any day of the week :^), anime sci-fi shows, anime pornography (hentai/pervert), anime music videos, etc., etc., etc......... Sometimes, the definition of anime can also apply to Japanese video games.
Unfortunately, these fine works of art are often mutilated, censored, and mistranslated by American corporate motherfuckers who want every imported film to be as watered down as the diarrhea-shit that Cartoon Network and Disney spew out of their asses. Often, the imported anime is so badly "edited" that it is often unbearable to watch, which means you would have to find a store that carries subtitled versions of the original cartoons, or find a bootleg store which carries the original anime(hope you know Japanese).

Cowboy Bebop, Robotech, Akira, Voltron, Thundercats, Outlaw Star, Gundam, and Iria are excellent examples of anime.
Powerpuff Girls and Samurai Jack are NOT examples of anime because they were MADE IN AMERICA, and anything that's made in America is pure and utter shit.
