Metabolize To Freedom (also metabolizing towards freedom or metabolized to freedom). A medical term. When someone is brought to the hospital drunk, but is not under arrest, they hold the person until the alcohol has metabolized, then they are free to go.
If the doctor OK's it, by morning this person should be MTF.
