The "zoomocracy" are/were a privileged class of furlough scheme aristocrats who sat at home drinking while 'working' from home and checked into 'meetings' on zoom or other online conferencing apps. While the lower-working-classes continued to go to work as normal; such as garbage collectors, supermarket workers, legions of food delivery people and of course, healthcare personnel.

I joined the zoomocracy today, been sent work from home on full pay! I've been in bed all day while my 'key-worker' brother is delivering pizzas as normal LOL

A form of government under which Zorro is the Supreme, unquestioned leader. Rule by Zorro.

If California would just switch to Zorrocracy, all their problems would undoubtedly vanish.

Zombocracy 

A Zombocracy is a government that like a Necrocracy is ran by a deceased leader, but a Zombocracy is ran by a Zombie Leader.

Politician: We are but humble servants in this Zombocracy.
Other Politician: Are you fucking calling me a Zombie.
