In Liberia, it is a word used to describe wayward, destitute, homeless youths that earn their living by loading commercial vehicles, begging in the streets and sometimes involve in robbing people in order to support their drugs addiction.

The zogos were given some money for the Xmas celebration by the President.

The zogo secured a front seat for me in a taxi.
