Trying to hotwire a car, 'zizziz' might be used to indicate a problem with the electrical system.

Energy drink served in the powdered form, full of caffeine, vitamins, and little sugar. Some people pour it in alcohol, water, or eat the powder from the stick. When one drinks it, people often refer to them as getting Zizzazzed!
