zestlagging

Zestlagging is the feeling of mental tiredness that comes from doing the same tasks over and over - you’re not bored and you’re not unmotivated, you’re just drained and need a change of task or a pause to reset your energy.

I’ve had enough of homework. It’s not that I don’t care or have nothing to do, I’m zestlagging. I need to step away, do something different, and come back with fresh energy.
