this name is mostly for girls and it's not a common name. Yulenie is sometimes funny but can get angry mostly all the time. they are very annoying and there not that pretty but and be pretty in the future. it's good to have a friend like Yulenie but don't be mean to her because she could actually kill you so be careful.
