An organization where "he who yells the loudest, wins", where ideas are adopted based on how passionately they're argued, not on the merits of the idea.

My last startup was such a yellitocracy; good ideas never seemed to get heard.

yellocracy

A type of participatory organization in which contributions are evaluated based on how loudly a member yells.

This isn't a democracy, it's a yellocracy! Whoever has the microphone, with the volume turned up to 11, just ends up getting his way.
