It's not as illegal as normal murder. Cause it's just words.

There's no law against wurder.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words, if they actually kill you, that's freakin legal, dude. There's no law against wurder.

Wurder 

The act of killing someone with words in a game of Words With Friends and is not as illegal as actual murder.

Toby failed in creating a suitable word in Words With Friends, and thus he was wurdered.

Wurder 

Portmanteau of "Word" and "Murder".

Taking the power of a previously good, effective, useful, motivational word and bastardize/beat it to death through unwholesome dispositions, behaviors, people, etm..

Example 1:

The wurder of 'synergy'.
"We are trying to synergize* our organization, through top-down recharacterization of strategy, process and execution"
*Used about 100 times again

....month later

The English word 'trump'

the act of misusing, misspelling, or otherwise deviating from standard English to the point where others can no longer understand what is being said or written.

Trying to read comments on message boards is frequently futile because of users' habit of committing wurder.

worderer (as in word murderer)

(noun) A mindless, thoughtless piece of shit who has no regard for the English language and demonstrates it frequently by leaving off modifiers such as adverbs and other word endings rendering them incomplete in an effort to sound cool or "hip". Worderer also applies to assholes who misuse or substitute and replace words that sound similar, also known as 'Bunkerisms' as in Archie Bunker from the 1970s CBS hit sitcom.

Example 1
Steve: Hey man, did you see the meteor shower last night?
John: No. I slept through it.
Steve: That's too bad. It was incred, Bro; beyond spectac. The whole show was a real sight to behold. Quite invig. Don't I speak like a douche?
John: Why, yes you do! You're such a worderer (as in word murderer).
