downstairs renovations

The adjustment or touching of ones penis &/or scrotum, usually when the penis &/or scrotum are being nurtured by underwear or some form of cloth. Preferably with a hand or hands. Usually to remove any pain, itch, uncomfortableness or general urge to grope one's self in the scrotum &/or penis. This act is usually carried out by the scrotum &/or penis's owner, or ones such partner, acquaintance, relative, friend etc. This occurs frequently whilst walking.

Bill: Pardon my hairy scrotum's attempt at escaping from my cloth. I'll just have to do some downstairs renovations.

Bob: That's alright fine chap, I know that feel, my scrotum isn't rather tame either.
