wiseness

A synonym to wisdom.

The word came about during a seventh grade English class as following

Florian, rewriting their essay: What’s the noun form of wise?
Ms. Hathaway, English teacher: I don’t know.

Florian: Wiseness?
Mia: Wisdom!!

The class then used used the word wiseness, because it was bizarre that an English teacher and student forgot the word wisdom.
In Bless Me, Ultima by Rudolfo Anaya, Antonio gains spiritual wiseness and maturation.
