What’s up brother 

A common saying/ greeting in the madden gaming community. Popularized by a streamer named Sketch. It is customary to raise you index finger while using this saying/ greeting.
Person 1: hey

Person 2: what’s up brother.

what’s up brother ☝🏽 

comes from a streamer named “Sketch”
Y/n friend: “what’s up bro”
Y/n: “What’s up brother ☝🏽🤓”

What's up, his brother? 

Very common in Israel.

Used to ask a good friend (also called a "brother", or with more sympathy "HIS brother") if everything's ok.
A: Haven't seen you for ages!.. What's up his brother?
