Acronym for "What do you expect?" Used when someone makes an observation or did not expect something, but it actually isn't very surprising why it happens.
Girl: My tinder convos are so funny...
one guy was like "down to fuck?"
and ten minutes later he was like
"wait sry that was too straightforward...want to get to know each other first and then fuck?"
Me: WDYE
