(silent w) Pronounced Beu Lahhhh. Normally given to a woman but often a Biebian is given this name. Zi (form of possession for an it) is a person who cares a lot about what people think and are normally against shaving. If you ever meet one you may be repulsed or totally infatuated either is not advisable.
That woman looks like a Wbeulah but she might now be a woman but rather a lesbian that looks like Justin Bieber.
