Watermaxxing

Watermaxxing or Water maxxing is the act of not only drinking water, but drinking far more water than is necessary. A true watermaxxer will drink water just up to the point where it starts to become uncomfortable throughout the day.

In watermaxxing communities they believe that this helps the system flush out bad chemicals, excess salt/sugar and the likes.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
