Usually a person who is nice and can take a little humor, likes to talk with other people. But if you do something wrong, she is likely to get mad at you, you'll definitely feel bad. But her voice is usually quiet, so you won't be hurt that much. People who hate her ~and know her last name~ will usually come up with a nickname like melissa ursula, but she can be really mean sometimes, so she deserves it.
