When somebody is so desperately unemployed, they would have an "aura" of unemployment surrounding him that affects the job status of those in a close radius.

dude did you see Rueben? he has so much unemplaura. I'll never understand how he got rejected by 30 employers!
I almost feel fired after looking at him...
