"R U TRIPPIN'?" normally accompanies O RLY? and YA RLY! as an inquiry of someone's mental state. It is most commonly used for additional clarification, but could also be used after one participant in a conversation says something of questionable relevance or of a strikingly unintelligent nature.
Person 1: "Hey, guys, let's play DOTA!"
Person 2: "O RLY?"
Person 1: "YA RLY?"
Person 2: "R U TRIPPIN?"
Person 1: "NO WAI!"

Triple-U is from the Jim Rome show. It is when someone says something that is Unfunny, Uninspired and Unreadable (especially when texting).
Jim)
I was delivering flowers the other day, and before I could ask the receptionist where Mrs. So and so's office was she blurted out, "Ah, are those for me? Ah, you shouldn't have".

That's the tiredest triple-U I've heard in a week.
A Triple U is the sound made when pronouncing "WH" as in what or who. A Triple U is recognized more often when the "H" is spoken in an accentuated fashion. Very noticeable in anything Christopher Walken says.
