Something trueish. But still doubtful, but say true in a half-agreeing tone. Just so you want the other person to 'feel' they are right.

Erika says: "He's an idiot too, so he deserved it"
Mark says: "trueishly"

The unintellegent way of saying Truthfully.

"I think that sometimes the government has things they can't tell us, and truthishly, we should just accept that."

Some what true. Not completely true or you might think it is true.

That is a trueish statement.
