trannyboy 

Trannyboy is a term denoting a female-to-male (FtM) transsexual person. FtM individuals may or may not choose to transition their bodies to their proper gender using hormone therapy or SRS.

As with many terms for transgender individuals, the term "trannyboy" should be used with discretion. Some members of the trans community might find a given term offensive where others do not.

Steven was born female-bodied but identifies as a male. He lives and presents himself as male, and calls himself a "trannyboy".

Similar to a Transformer; A Trannyformer is a male or female that is in the process of getting a sex change or appears to be the opposite gender of when he/she was born. They can appear different by changing clothes, makeup, speech etc.

A man whose predominantly identifiable sexual preference is one whose physical attraction is overwhelmingly towards the female/feminine gender role, as well as the common preferences and actions of that category, but with the physical characteristics of a genetically male sample. Recent evidence indicates that representation of this group is most likely underrepresented in most sexual studies except those which have been conducted most recently in that field. They are not, however, meet the criteria of being typed under the vast umbrella term of "gay" or "homosexual"...

trannycore 

Trannycore is the moeshit anime that transexuals typically like. It consists of a mixture of bland, cute flavor of the month anime (example: Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid) and anime containing trap characters that they identify as (example: Fate/Apocrypha). Usually they're very popular series and are no more than 4 or 5 years old. For this reason, something like Lucky Star or Yuru Yuri can hardly be said to be trannycore.

If you see someone using a character from these shows as an avatar, or otherwise identifying excessively with the show, chances are they're a transexual.
