When you're on tour with the boys and show autistic tendencies. A Tourtistic person would be sensitive to the fact that fellow Tourists' excessive noise levels might be effecting the enjoyment of the shared space for others around them.
A Tourtistic person essentially maintains common decency when others around them do not.
