When you're on tour with the boys and show autistic tendencies. A Tourtistic person would be sensitive to the fact that fellow Tourists' excessive noise levels might be effecting the enjoyment of the shared space for others around them.
A Tourtistic person essentially maintains common decency when others around them do not.

His Tourtism meant that he found their drunken shouting too much for the quiet restaurant where others were trying to enjoy their evening.
