Thems the rules

The rules are made by thems and not by us fellows who have to follow them. There is no say in thems the rules so you just have to live with it. Thems the rules are mandatory and have to be followed no mater what. Although thems the rules may not be what you want thems the rules to be you must be follow thems. Always remember thems the rules are not made by our peers but by thems.
Sorry but thems the rules and that's final. Thems the rules have to be followed sorry.

Thems the bones

A bastardization of the phrase thems the breaks, a phrase meaning "it is what it is".

The phrase is likely inspired by the phrase "roll the bones", meaning to roll dice or generally to gamble, referring to "that's just how the dice land".
"Dang, I dropped my car keys down a sewer grate."
"Well, thems the bones."

Thems the breaks

I fucked up and tried to fix it but everyones left my Party, getting kicked out your job at the worst time for anyone else to pick up the torch.
“I know that there will be many people who are relieved, and perhaps quite a few who will also be disappointed.

“And I want you to know how sad I am to be giving up the best job in the world, but thems the breaks.”

Mom n' thems

What a black person calls his or her families house. Usually said when they are "axed" where they are or where they plan to be at a later date and time.
black guy #1: where you be at son?
black guy #2: shit dawg, straight chillin' at my mom n' thems.
