Texas T-Shirt
Name given to the disposable toilet seat covers, as often found in public restrooms. With center ring removed, they make an excellent "half-tee" and will help prevent sunburn on your shoulders. Often readily available at outdoor concerts and are very affordable.

The true meaning of this phrase: It's an ANTI-LITTERING ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN started by the Texas Department of Transportation! See www (dot) dontmesswithtexas (dot) org.
It's an anti-littering campaign that has helped remove trash from Texas roadways by reminding people to clean up after themselves, so don't mess with Texas or you'll get a huge fine!

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
