Someone who looks heavily tattooed, either by the way theyre posing online, or if wearing longsleeves. Come to find out its just their face and or neck and or hands that are tatted. (Usually cheap tattoos)

Mark - “Nah dude I seen her in real, she looks tatted by what shes showing online but she actually has no tattoos on her arm idk why”
