A tadakoon is simply a chronic or a person that's always cruising in a same spot;area;place, doing nothing , that has no job , starts trouble , thinks they're higher than everyone .

Usually in ewa beach . waianae. Nanakuli. Kapolei.

Damn wtf look at all those tadakoons at the park. And look! Becka is the biggest tadakoon there. She graduated 3 years ago and she still hanging out at the park .
