Very cool/ awesome.
Pretty much as cool as it gets.
Also the name of a CD by Fall Out Boy.

A young lady was admiring a masterpeice at an art gallery.
The snobby lady in charge of the gallery walked up to her.

"Madam, do you love this painting? It is for sale."
The girl turned around beaming and said,

"Hell yeah! It's superkalafreakingawesome! How much??"

The woman was stunned and then turned away abruptly and walked away, muttering wickedly to herself.
