2. One who lives in an area that is not remotely related to "the (neighbor)hood".

3. One who attempts to dress in ghetto style using brands such as Aeropostale and Abercrombie.

a suburban gangster, is a white, black, mexican, asian or any other member of an ethnic group that goes around acting as though they are from the ghetto using what is generally known as "black" slang, wearing typical "black" style clothing when in all actuality they are from fucking suburbia with their white picket fences and their dogs and happy families and have never in their entire life set one foot in the ghetto and never in their life WILL set foot in a ghetto.
