A squirrelpotamus is an animal that has the head of a hippopotamus and the body of a squirrel. It is a creature of habit and instinct whose natural habitat are golf courses in and around Glasgow, Scotland.

Squirrelopotamus

Giant squirrels that roam New England during the winter months. They are impervious to the cold and seem to enjoy antagonizing bird-watchers by routinely emptying well-secured bird feeders. The squirrelopotamus is known in the scientific community by its Latin name, Sciurus hippopotamid.

New Englander A: Look at that giant squirrel in the back yard!
New Englander B: Woah, he's wicked huge -- the size of three squirrels! Must be a squirrelopotamus.
