sodosopatown design 

A junky boilerplate crap design that is popular with urban gentrifiers and development douches. It looks like hot garbage and might actually be made out of it. Popular with aging hipsters whose beards are greying and still smell like patchouli who still want to live the urban lifestyle, but don't like the smell of 'old homes'.

The historic district is set to unveil its newest non-historic four story apartment complex. It will feature what is commonly known as a sodosopatown design.... meaning it sucks. All the development douches were there for the groundbreaking.

1) a combined residential and commercial district
2) a purpose built, usually upscale or bourgeoisie in nature residential complex that includes commercial stores, restaurants, and offices
3) A small commercial district that includes housing, built in such a way that all goods, services, and activities can be accessed within the small enclosed district.

Tim was amazed to find an Urban Outfitters and a Whole Foods Market within the confines of the new sodosopa.

Blair moved into a $10,000 a month townhome in the sodosopa because her favorite celebrity chef opened a new restaurant there.

The city council denied the builder's permit as it would add another sodosopa to bloated suburbs.
